OpinionThe Prosecutor violated the defendant's constitutional right to the presumption of innocence by telling the jury to presume the defendant guilty. The prosecution stated "[t]hat presumption, when you go back in the (jury) room right behind you, is going to vanish when you start deliberating. And that's when the presumption of guilt is going to take over you."
