The goals of the Center for Prosecutor Integrity are to strengthen prosecutorial ethics, curb over-criminalization, and end wrongful convictions. CPI addresses prosecutor misconduct of all types, particularly misconduct associated with sexual assault cases.
CPI sponsors the Wrongful Convictions of Sexual Assault Program and Registry of Prosecutorial Misconduct, and engages in a variety of policy development and media efforts.
As a public interest law initiative, CPI does not provide legal assistance or advice in individual cases. Persons are encouraged to check out the American Bar Association Consumers’ Guide to Legal Help, found here. The Center for Prosecutor Integrity is a non-partisan 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
